Annabeth Mikayla Chase is currently a sophomore student (seasons 1 & 2) at Charleston Heights High School and is a bus girl employee at Starbucks. Annabeth is currently the main character in the series. Annabeth is currently portrayed by "White Collar" actress Alexandra Daddario.

Backstory

Absentee Father

Before Annabeth was born, her parents Frederick and Athena were in a decade long relationship from 1983-1993. When Annabeth was concieved, Athena wanted to have an abortion but went against it afterwards and decided to tell Frederick about her pregnancy which led to Frederick abandoning her and refusing to pay child support. Once Frederick had left and began his downward spiral to crime, Athena went to the aid of her overbearing mother which then denied her extra money to support Annabeth on her OWN. This storyline will be explored later on in the series.

Athena's Emotional Neglect

As a child only growing up with her mother, Athena was a workaholic mother who was always caught up in her busy schedule leaving no time to spend with Annabeth which ultimately caused Annabeth to lash out during her childhood but eventually cooled down by the time she turned 11.

Percy Jackson

In the 7th grade while attending Warwick Junior High, she the male duo, Percy Jackson and Grover Underwood. Annabeth, Percy and Grover instantly became best friends but drew herself close to Percy and formed a bond with him overtime which then turned into a crush on Percy during their friendship but the found out from Grover that the feeling was mutual and the two began dating on October 10th 2005. As of the beginning of the series, the two have currently been dating for three years.

Personality

Annabeth is overly intelligent for her age and is shown to get straight 'A's every year and has never failed a class in her life time. She is never afraid to speak up for someone, point out the right and wrong and speaking her mind on the truth and is shown to have a classical view of her life. Annabeth shows a certain dislike to Brian MacGregor and Luke Castellan. The reason being so resentful to Brian is because he and his two gang members bully her and her friends every chance they get which seems to annoy Annabeth who is also known to be loyal and friendly to people around her.
